split level Vicotrian bungalow by the sea, re-imagined as suburban villa for the 21st Century. The linear plot hosts an enfilade of new rooms to house the revised programme ofouse, parlour, kitchen garden, orchard, terrace and retreat. A zinc roof is stretched over the more private accommodation for the family above.
Reduced carbon construction techniques and intensive renewable energy sources allow the building to achieve a high A1 BER.
