split level Vicotrian bungalow is re-imagined as a suburban villa for contemporary life. The long, linear plot becomes host to a series of rooms that house the various requiremets of the programme. An enfilade of walled garden, wellness room, orchard, kitchen garden, patio terrace is concealed from the street.
Reduced carbon construction techniques and intensive renewable energy sources allow the building to achieve a high A1 BER.
